AI for agencies

More accounts per person. Same team, same quality.

I set up AI systems inside paid media agencies. Every account is monitored and analysed daily, so your team spends its time on strategy and clients. A person approves every change.

Sound familiar?

Where agency hours go

Hours lost to checking

Account managers log in to every platform, every day, just to see what changed.

Problems found late

Pacing drift and broken tracking surface at the weekly review, after the money's gone.

Uneven quality

Results depend on whether a senior or a junior is on the account.

Growth means hiring

Every few new clients means another salary before the margin shows up.

Knowledge walks out

When someone leaves, their understanding of each client leaves with them.

AI licences nobody uses

The seats are paid for, but nothing changed in how the work gets done.

Clients want answers faster

Questions that should take minutes take an afternoon of pulling numbers.

Sound like your team?

Are you turning work away, or looking for more clients? Either way, the answer starts with time.

What changes

What your team gets

The system is built around each of your clients, so the advice is specific to that account.

Daily performance briefings

One clear update per client each morning: verdict, ranked actions, flags and pacing.

Pacing and anomaly flags

Overspend and odd results flagged the same day, not at the weekly review.

Faster client reporting

Reports drafted from live data and client context, then checked by your team.

Quicker campaign setup

Builds follow one agreed structure, and nothing goes live before review.

Faster onboarding

A solid view of a new account in days, even with no handover.

More accounts per person

Grow the client list without growing the hiring list.

New services to sell

Daily briefings, pacing assurance and scored audits become things your clients can buy.

Context that stays

Each client's goals, history and decisions live in the system, not in one person's head.

The cost case

What running without AI costs you

Hours on daily checks, weekly audits and reporting. Put in your own numbers.

Salary plus super, payroll tax and overheads, per hour.
Manual cost a month A$7,280 104 hours a month

Starts with example figures. Change them to yours. Uses 4.33 weeks a month.

Built to be safe

Your team stays in control

A person approves every change

Anything hard to undo waits for a yes.

Built around each client

Goals, targets and history shape what it suggests.

Works without direct access

Clients who won't connect their accounts can still be covered.

Your accounts stay yours

Access you control, and can remove at any time.

What an agency client says

Agency

“He doesn’t rely on guesswork.”

Amir is one of the most analytical and disciplined performance media managers I've worked with. His work is rooted in deep data diagnostics and ironclad governance. He doesn't rely on guesswork; every change he makes has a clear hypothesis, a safeguard, and a measurable read date.

How we work

Discovery, pilot, then retainer

  1. Paid discovery session

    Map where the hours go

We look at your accounts, workflows and team. You get a written plan, whether or not you go further.

  2. Fixed-price pilot, four weeks

Built on two of your clients

The system set up, your team trained, and results measured against your own baseline.

  3. Monthly retainer

    Support and tuning

Ongoing tuning, new clients added, and new improvements added to your system as they're ready.

Want me to run some of your accounts too?

Some agencies have me manage client accounts on the same system. That comes as one combined plan with one monthly fee, so you get the system and the hands to run it.

Questions

What agencies ask first

Which tools does it use?

I show the full setup once we're working together. Before that, I focus on what it does for your team and your clients.

Does my team need to learn something new?

Very little. Updates arrive where your team already works, and training is part of the pilot.

What if a client won't give access to their ad account?

It still works. Some clients never connect their accounts directly, and that's fine.

Who approves changes?

Your team. Nothing changes in a client's account without a yes from a person.

Is our client data safe?

Your client accounts and data stay yours, under access you control and can remove at any time. Personal customer details aren't part of it.

How long is the pilot?

Four weeks, on two of your clients, measured against your own starting baseline with sign-off criteria agreed up front.

How is it priced?

A fixed price for the discovery session and the pilot, then a monthly retainer. I share the numbers after our first call, once I know your setup.

Are you turning work away, or looking for more clients?

Either way, it starts with time. Book a call and we'll look at where your team's hours go.
